88b25dc65c tree-wide: Replace archive-z2 with archive
In almost all places. There are just a few exceptions; one tricky bit for
example is that the repo config must still have `mode=archive-z2`, since
`archive` used to mean something else. (We could very likely just get rid of
that check, but eh, later).

I also added a test that one can still do `ostree repo init --mode=archive-z2`.

a432a2b420 tests: Fix incorrect summary --update usage in test-local-pull.sh
Previously the spurious ‘update’ atom was ignored; now that `ostree
summary --update` accepts extra arguments as additional metadata, it’s
causing an error. Drop it.

455cc5e892 repo+tests: Add [core]disable-xattrs=true, use it on overlayfs
There are a lot of things suboptimal about this approach, but
on the other hand we need to get our CI back up and running.

The basic approach is to - in the test suite, detect if we're on overlayfs. If
so, set a flag in the repo, which gets picked up by a few strategic places in
the core to turn on "ignore xattrs".

I also had to add a variant of this for the sysroot work.

The core problem here is while overlayfs will let us read and
see the SELinux labels, it won't let us write them.

Down the line, we should improve this so that we can selectively ignore e.g.
`security.*` attributes but not `user.*` say.

7ed2f1e5af tests: Test that local pulls do not use deltas
Pulls from local repos now default to disabling static deltas so that
objects are copied. To check this is the case, see if the object files
are hardlinked after pulling.

ace0d4650b pull-local: Support --gpg-verify and --gpg-verify-summary
Force the otherwise disabled gpg verifications on.
Note: You need to pass --remote=foo so we know what gpg keys to verify

3e3755c497 various tests: skip if temp directory lacks xattr support
Some autobuilder environments place the entire build chroot on tmpfs, so
even /var/tmp might not have this.

5ebe43859d tests: Use "bash strict mode"
I noticed in the static deltas tests, there were some tests that
should have been under `-o pipefail` to ensure we properly propagate
errors.

There were a few places where we were referencing undefined variables.

Overall, this is clearly a good idea IMO.

e908ebd9b3 test-local-pull: Sort find output to make test robust
There is no guarantee that find will produce output in the same
order, so we need to sort the output to ensure we always
get the same output.

dbf717ac4b Add local-pull archive-z2 <=> bare-user roundtrip test
This creates a archive-z2 repo, pull-locals it to bare-user and then
again back to archive-z2 making sure things fsck along the way.
Then it checks out all repos and makes sure each one reproduces
the same result.

Unfortunately we can't install this as a real test because
it doesn't work in the test-runner because tmpfs doesn't support
user xattrs.
