6fbf759279 lib/repo: Add commit version metadata to summary metadata
The commit metadata `version` key is well established but getting it for
a remote commit is cumbersome since the commit object needs to be
fetched and loaded. Including it in the summary additional metadata
allows a much more convenient view of what each of the remote refs
represents.

206f1d3a13 lib/repo: Add mode and tombstone config options to the summary file
Currently, they are set in the `config` file and cause that to be
downloaded on every pull. Given that the client is already pulling the
`summary` file, it makes sense to avoid an additional network round trip
and cache those options in the `summary` file.

abb173352d tests: Always cleanup gpg-agent when exiting
Add `libtest_cleanup_gpg()` to the array of commands to run when
exiting. This provides 2 improvements:

1. You don't need to worry about whether the test will spawn a gpg-agent
and therefore require adding a call to `libtest_cleanup_gpg()`.

2. All the existing users were calling `libtest_cleanup_gpg()` at the
end of the script. If there was a failure and the script exited
early, then it wouldn't cleanup and there may be a stray gpg-agent
   hanging around.

6bf4b3e1d8 Add SPDX-License-Identifier to source files
SPDX License List is a list of (common) open source
licenses that can be referred to by a “short identifier”.
It has several advantages compared to the common "license header texts"
usually found in source files.

Some of the advantages:
* It is precise; there is no ambiguity due to variations in license header
  text
* It is language neutral
* It is easy to machine process
* It is concise
* It is simple and can be used without much cost in interpreted
  environments like java Script, etc.
* An SPDX license identifier is immutable.
* It provides simple guidance for developers who want to make sure the
license for their code is respected

374f7fc973 bin/summary: Fix --raw option
I wanted to inspect a summary file the other day and was saddened to
find it was broken:

  $ ostree summary --raw
error: No option specified; use -u to update summary

Fix the test to do the normal thing of passing just --raw without
--view. It's legal to pass --raw and --view, but it shouldn't be a
requirement.

88b25dc65c tree-wide: Replace archive-z2 with archive
In almost all places. There are just a few exceptions; one tricky bit for
example is that the repo config must still have `mode=archive-z2`, since
`archive` used to mean something else. (We could very likely just get rid of
that check, but eh, later).

I also added a test that one can still do `ostree repo init --mode=archive-z2`.

59ffce73c8 lib/repo: Omit deltas from the summary file if there are none
If there are no deltas to be listed in the summary file, don’t bother
including the key for them in the additional metadata section of the
file. This saves a few bytes in some cases.

7ce6777028 ostree/dump: Improve formatting for well-known commit metadata keys
This follows on from commit a946c3d4, which added formatting for
well-known summary metadata keys. This commit adds it for commits.

Currently, the only well-known commit metadata key is
ostree.commit.timestamp. Formatting this correctly is especially
important, since it’s a big-endian uint64, which is completely unusable
for mere mortals when presented as a number rather than a date.

Non-formatted output can still be retrieved using the OSTREE_DUMP_RAW
flag, and the non-formatted key name is always printed for clarity.

9690a54e47 tests: Fix regex escaping in test-summary-view.sh
There were some regex special characters in the pattern strings, which I
think were causing the test to fail on some Travis builds due to using
an invalid regex.

Fix that by matching using fixed strings instead. We don’t need regexes
here. Use a new assert_file_has_content_literal to do that for us.
