Giuseppe Scrivano 45cee1bd70 tests: prefix invocation of ostree with where missing
And add a syntax rule to avoid this in future.

Fixed by:

sed -i -e 's|^ostree |${CMD_PREFIX} ostree |g' tests/*.sh
