let $attr{symlink} return the last element of the path

Example for /block/sda:
  SUBSYSTEMS="scsi", ENV{COMMENT}="$attr{driver}"
sets COMMENT=sd
  SUBSYSTEMS="pci", ENV{COMMENT}="$attr{driver}"
sets COMMENT=ata_piix
