portabled: update profiles to current semantics

Browse Source 
MountAPIVFS= implicitly mounts /run as tmpfs now, no need to do this
explicitly.

The notification socket is now implicitly mounted too, if NotifyAccess=
and RootImage=/RootDirectory= are used together.
