kay.sievers@vrfy.org d07557b9b6 [PATCH] handle whole hotplug event with udevd/udev
If /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug points to /sbin/udevsend we handle the whole
hotplug event with multiplexing /etc/hotplug.d/.
