systemd-analyze: rewrite in C.

Written by Peeters Simon <peeters.simon@gmail.com>.
Makefile stuff and cleaned up a bit by Auke Kok <auke-jan.h.kok@intel.com>.
Some code inspired by Marc-Antoine Perennou <Marc-Antoine@Perennou.com>.
