strv: Fixup STRV_FOREACH_PAIR macro

The macro didn't properly parenthesize a caller-controlled argument.
For example: `STRV_FOREACH_PAIR(a, b, something ?: something_else)`
would expand to `typeof(*something ?: something_else)`, which would
cause compile failures
