Resolve at attach/detach/inspect time, so that the image is pinned and requires
re-attaching on update, given files are extracted from it so just passing
img.v/ to RootImage= is not enough to get a portable image updated
This new mode copies resources provided by the client, so that they
remain available for inspect/detach even if the original images are
deleted, but symlinks the profile as that is owned by the OS, so that
updates are automatically applied.
D'oh. Nobody noticed in 3 years, I guess nobody calls these directly
and instead the manager's methods are used. Still we'll have to keep
this around, so just hide it.
Allows to skip check that ensures units must not be running.
I have a use case that would use reattach, except the orchestrator
is using a non-standard versioning scheme, so image matching cannot
work. As a workaround, need to be able to detach and then attach
manually, without stopping the units to avoid extended downtimes
and loss of FD store.
The complaint was that the output array was used for two kinds of data, and the
input flag decided whether this extra data should be included. The flag is
removed, and instead the old method is changed to include the data always as
a separate parameter.
This breaks backward compatibility, but the old method is effectively broken
and does not appear to be used yet, at least in open source code, by
searching on codesearch.debian.net and github.com.

Add an --extension parameter to portablectl, and new DBUS methods
to attach/detach/reattach/inspect.
Allows to append separate images on top of the root directory (os-release
will be searched in there) and mount the images using an overlay-like
setup (unit files will be searched in there) using the new ExtensionImages
service option.
