Peter A. Bigot	2dd79846dd	time-wait-sync: use watchfile to coordinate with timesyncd ... Systems that have an accurate real-time clock may have an initial unsynchronized time that is close enough to the synchronized time that the final adjustment doesn't trigger a waking "clock set" event. Have timesyncd touch a file in its runtime directory as a secondary signal for synchronization. Continue to support the timerfd-based trigger as a sufficient condition when the watchfile is not present. Closes issue #8683	2018-04-14 09:52:40 -05:00
Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek	11a1589223	tree-wide: drop license boilerplate ... Files which are installed as-is (any .service and other unit files, .conf files, .policy files, etc), are left as is. My assumption is that SPDX identifiers are not yet that well known, so it's better to retain the extended header to avoid any doubt. I also kept any copyright lines. We can probably remove them, but it'd nice to obtain explicit acks from all involved authors before doing that.	2018-04-06 18:58:55 +02:00
