Those are all consumed by our parser, so they all support comments.
I was considering whether they should have a license header at all,
but in the end I decided to add it because those files are often created
by copying parts of real unit files. And if the real ones have a license,
then those might as well. It's easier to add it than to make an exception.
When tests are executed serially (the default), it seems better to launch
the fairly generic test that runs the unittests early in the sequence.
Right now the tests are ordered based on when they were written, but
this doesn't make much sense.
I picked the list of zone files to install by grepping through the code. This
is is a bit brittle, but installing all of them takes a while, and more
importantly, writes a lot of lines to the log.
