4e0db87e4c core: allow interface altnames in RestrictNetworkInterfaces= 
This patch enables IFNAME_VALID_ALTERNATIVE for checks guarding the
parsing of RestrictNetworkInterfaces=.

The underlying implementation for this option already supports
altnames.
