Lucas Werkmeister eda8c27fea man: fix journalctl --new-id128 option name (#5786 )

--new-id works because it’s an unambiguous prefix, but the full option
name is --new-id128.

(#5381 did the same in one other manpage, but I didn’t check for other
manpages using the abbreviated version back then.)
