da00a52159 storagebrowser: Remove stable_defaults handling 
It simply makes vmdk disk images not selectable. I don't even know
if that's relevant for RHEL7+ anymore, but if it is, maintaining
code for disabling this in the UI doesn't make the situation any
better IMO

4394eff9fa xmlbuilder: Drop last usages of set_converter 
Unfold most of them into manual property() wrappers. It's a bit
noisier but the logic is easier to follow.

48e32b429d Fix copyright header to specify GPLv2 or later, not GPLv2 only. 
The copyright headers in every file were chjanged in this previous commit

    Use consistent and minimal license header for every file

Where before this they said "

  "either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version."

Now they just say

  "GNU GPLv2"

This fixes it to say "GNU GPLv2 or later" again.

6712261510 Python 2/3 division compatability 
In Python 2 the classic devision of integers returns an integer
but in Python 3 it might return float.

Example:
- Python 2:          - Python 3:
    >>> 9 / 4            >>> 9 / 4
    2                    2.25
    >>> 9 // 4           >>> 9 // 4
    2                    2
    >>> 9 / 4.0          >>> 9 / 4.0
    2.25                 2.25
    >>> 9 // 4.0         >>> 9 // 4.0
    2.0                  2.0

bef22b6279 fsdetails: Simplify ram conversion 
Libvirt will only ever output unit='KiB', so we don't need to worry
about converting between different values. Delete the helper code

fbb31bd156 fsdetails: Drop check for qemu target collision (bz #1257565) 
We can fix the reported bug, but this is one of those cases where
libvirt or qemu should be warning if there's a problem, so just drop
our local check

058c06972e Break out shared storage UI to storagelist.py (bz 1060433) 
We were already sharing a chunk of this in a haphazard way. Now officially
break it all out, similar to netlist.py. This mostly unifies the views
of host->storage and storagebrowser.py

dc0b9bbaaf Rename hide_unsupported_rhel_options to stable_defaults and clean-up its usage 
There were multiple problems with the setting and usage of
hide_unsupported_rhel_options.  Due to the fact that the option has
several diferent namings throughout the code, this patch is renaming
it to stable_defaults, which basically says what the option does and
makes it possible to use it without need for more than one negation
(where the old code had up to 4 of them in some places), which also
helps understanding it.

40422e13f2 Create a separate class vmmFSDetails to share filesystem addhardware UI 
This class will be reused in the virtManager/details.py code soon to
provide the same UI to modify filesystem devices than to create them.
