We could see more than one console devices
in hwlist because of multi console support.
This patch will show port number of console device
in hwlist.

- Add options in the model drop down for clear, hvdefault, and app default
- Make 'copy host' a check box, when enabled it hides the model dropdown
- Detect if the VM CPU is a copy of the host CPU
- Undocumented bit that allows passing in host-model/host-passthrough
to the model field for people that really want those settings.
We could set multi console for VM and containers.
But our UI did not show the number of it.
It would bring troubles when we want to delete one.
This patch will show port number of console device
in typelabel.

Reserve uiutil for the little gtk helper functions, rest goes into shared
UI (which all should probably be factored into their own files but thats
a task for another day)
Much of uihelpers is just simple stuff that's shared between addhw
and details UI, so just make it staticmethods in addhw, which details
already has a reference to.
We could specify 'model' for scsi controllers,
that means we could see more than one controllers
with same icon and blank details.
That will confuse users.
This patch will show details of scsi controller device.
And also we could modify scsi controller model
between 'default' and 'virtio-scsi'.

There were multiple problems with the setting and usage of
hide_unsupported_rhel_options. Due to the fact that the option has
several diferent namings throughout the code, this patch is renaming
it to stable_defaults, which basically says what the option does and
makes it possible to use it without need for more than one negation
(where the old code had up to 4 of them in some places), which also
helps understanding it.

If we didn't set values for @type and @iobase in
XML, libvirt will use the default value.
Currently, virt-manager will display "-" if we don't
set any values.
This patch will use default value for display.
And update test case to cover this scenario.

When refreshing the details window after it has been already
initialized, we don't change the value of the View->Toolbar item in
the menus on which then the toggle_toolbar() depends and due to the
menu keeping the old value, the toolbar might (not) be shown even if
it should not (or should) be.

We could copy host CPU config by
button 'Copy host CPU configuration'.
If we regret to do this or the host CPU config
caused VM starting failure, we need a button to
help us clear CPU feature.

If libguestfs fails to inspect the guest then show a warning.
Now the "Operating System" and "Applications" frames are visible
only when the guest inspection is available.

LXC container could use in-memory filesystem,
which do not have source section.
Currently, virt-manager will complain if
dev.source is null.
This patch will fix this issue.

Currently only QEMU is supported so we only show the check box when
it's used. The future-proofing is that we'll show it for an explicitly
set non-default value, even for hypervisors we don't think support it.
This was originally there for when we weren't defaulting to spice.
We basically do that now, so people shouldn't have much need to
switch spice on/off for an existing guest. Plus if we wanted to
be far about it we would want to add/remove qxl as well but there
it's just getting rediculous.
Commit b79ba8382e2205c416d7c4836ac9ee08c72e2c56 in libvirt adds a
<title> attribute to the domain XML, that is used by the user to
identify more easily the VM. This feature is not supported by all
HVs. This patch allows to see and modify the title from the details
window.
