4465d6f0be Add new app icon and massively reorg our icon folder 
New icon from Jakub Steiner is based on virt-manager.org theme.

Actually organize all our existing icons into a proper icon hierarchy.

6ef71911ce tui: Hack in an 'import' blacklist 
When we start sharing code between GUI and TUI, it will be easy to have
unwanted deps on gtk and gobject to sneak into the TUI code. Add fake
modules that override the offending imports and throw an easy to trackdown
exception.

452c273de2 Added a startup script for virt-manager-tui, similar to virt-manager. 
It checks the environment, ensures the right version of virtinst is
present before invoking the main menu for the TUI.
