To match the XML schema, rename these subarguments and add aliases
to preserve compatibility:

* accel3d -> model.acceleration.accel3d
* heads -> model.heads
* ram -> model.ram
* model -> model.type
* vgamem -> model.vgamem
* vram -> model.vram
* vram64 -> model.vram64
