Jeremy is going to hate me ... These are some hacks on SWAT. Maybe users will actually be able to work out how to use it now. Added the same open()/fopen()/creat()/mmap() -> sys_XXX calls. Tidied up some of the mess (no other word for it). Still doesn't compile cleanly. this isn't a big commit, it just looks like it :-) I needed the client_name() and client_addr() functions in swat so I could tell who was connecting from where. The problem was that these functions didn't take a file descriptor parameter they just used the global "Client". So I needed to change all calls to pass a parameter ... lots of files. Added the same open()/fopen()/creat()/mmap() -> sys_XXX calls. Tidied up some of the mess (no other word for it). Still doesn't compile cleanly. Large commit which restructures the local password storage API. The big character set handling changeover! This commit gets rid of all our old codepage handling and replaces it with iconv. All internal strings in Samba are now in "unix" charset, which may be multi-byte. See internals.doc and my posting to samba-technical for a more complete explanation.
