ahh, the joy of deleting large chunks of code that someone else has

painstakingly put in :)

This gets rid of most of the #ifdef LARGE_SMB_INO_T ifdefs around
DEBUG() statements. We just use %.0f in all cases. Makes the code a
bit easier to read :)
