s4: torture: Add a new test lease_rename_with_overwrite.

Creates and opens two files with leases, then tries
rename-with-overwrite on file_src -> file_dst.

Ensures we get a lease break on file_dst before
getting the access denied response.

Passes against Windows, fails against Samba.

Add knownfail.
