r11773: added a SMB2-SETINFO test suite. This tests the following levels:

BASIC_INFORMATION
DISPOSITION_INFORMATION
ALLOCATION_INFORMATION
END_OF_FILE_INFORMATION
POSITION_INFORMATION
MODE_INFORMATION
