r25469: Finish WINBIND-STRUCT-SHOW_SEQUENCE test:

* Extract retrieval of list of sequence numbers into its own function.
* Unclutter comment output.
* Add tests for BUILTIN and local domain not being disconnected.
* Improve use of torture_assert macros.
