ctdb-locking: Explicitly unlock record/db in lock helper
BUG: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12469 Instead of killing lock helper processes with SIGKILL, send SIGTERM so lock helper processes can explicitly unlock record/db.
