s3: vfs module: Adding new vfs module for Symantec VxFS.
This mainly handles ACL related functions. Modified to add requirement for -DCFLAGS=-DXATTR_USER_NTACL="user.NTACL" and to hide access to XATTR_USER_NTACL by jra.
