Merge a bunch of trivial changes from HEAD. The difference remaining

should actual functional differences between HEAD and 3.0.

 - Mostly reformatting
 - Removal of unecessary #include "smb.h"
 - Merge of dyn_DRIVERFILE removal
 - Silly bug fix for python code
