Ensure the messaging dgm context goes away *before* the tevent
context. The messaging dgm context will likely have active fd or timer
events, their rundown will touch the associated tevent context.
Otoh, I deliberately don't free the imessaging context here, that's going
to happen as part of freeing the talloc_autofree_context() as before. I
think it suffers the same problem, eg imessaging_deregister() works on
an imessaging_context that might already be freed. But as it works,
don't change it.

With modern messaging this doesn't do anything (it's an
empty destructor). Clean up so we can add a proper destructor
in future.

when a child task exits we were firing a destructor on any inherited
messaging contexts, which could trigger a removal of the parents
message socket and messaging database entry.
This adds a new auto_remove flag to imessaging_init(), and exposes the
cleanup code for use by the stream service.

will need a separate messaging endpoint per open file. To make this
efficient extend the messaging layer to have a new registration
function for temporary message types that maps via an idtree.
I have updated the LOCAL-MESSAGING test to use the new function.

It doesn't fully work yet, and doesn't yet have all the efficiency
that is planned, but it doesn't break anything and I wanted to get the
code in the tree to minimise the chance of collisions with the work
metze is doing.
