2664a67c86 s4:torture/locktest.c - fix "pid_t" printf warning on Solaris 
According to "http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/library/l-solar/"
it's generally a 32bit "int" - therefore this cast should fit.

6b266b85cf s4-loadparm: 2nd half of lp_ to lpcfg_ conversion 
this converts all callers that use the Samba4 loadparm lp_ calling
convention to use the lpcfg_ prefix.

7da94cc4a6 subunit: Support formatting compatible with upstream subunit, for consistency. 
Upstream subunit makes a ":" after commands optional, so I've fixed any
places where we might trigger commands accidently. I've filed a bug
about this in subunit.

ff36c52d8c Remove another use of global_loadparm. 
Eventually, we should move some of these parameters into a separate
struct (perhaps into smb_transport_options?), to avoid the long lists of
parameters.

2daf2897d5 Use a custom init function for samba4 that sets a samba4 
specific debug function.
By default do not debug, this is the most appropriate action for a library
as we cannot assume what stderr is use for in the main app.
The main app is responsible to set ev_debug_stderr if they so desire.

4e83011f72 Remove more event_context_init() uses from function calls within deep down the code. 
Make sure we pass around the event_context where we need it instead.
All test but a few python ones fail. Jelmer promised to fix them.

e4dbcc0d5d r12531: 'make quicktest' was taking 15 minutes on my system due to failing DNS 
lookups in load_interfaces(). The reason was my eth0 interface was
down, and it was being interpreted as a DNS name.

This patch changes load_interfaces() to happening automatically when
interfaces are first needed instead of on the startup of every samba
binary. This means that (for example) ldbadd doesn't call
load_interfaces(), which means no slow DNS lookups.

I also reduced the number of static globals in interface.c to 1, and
changed from malloc to talloc

When you want to force a reload of the interfaces list, you now call
unload_interfaces(), which means the next call that needs the
interfaces list will reload it
