faa3dec34a Install pidl by default if ExtUtils::MakeMaker is available. This should make the build process for openchange users easier.

c764791100 Clean up provision and rootdse module to hard-code less stuff. 
In particular, allow for the server DN to be in a different site
(possible outcome of a DRS replication).

7b608fd288 Don't write public functions to protoheaders. 
Since the public functions can be used by external parties we should
make changing their signature as hard as possible. It's also a lot
easier to document functions in manually written headers.
