The error 'uidNumber xxx is already being used.' in the samba tool tests
occurs when the random.randint functions returns the same value twice and
therefore a user or group with an already used gid or uid should be created.
Avoid this error by adding a list that stores the used IDs, so that the randomXid
function can check wheter a value is already used before returning it.

simply merge into common (especially since there

TestCase.assertEquals() is an alias for TestCase.assertEqual() and
has been deprecated since Python 2.7.
When we run our tests with in python developer mode (`PYTHONDEVMODE=1
make test`) we get 580 DeprecationWarnings about this.

Use ldbsearch instead of "samba-tool user show" to get base64 encoded
attribute. Used to verify that the attribute value has been changed
successfully.

Especially test handling of base64 encoded attribute values here.
Add selftest/knownfail.d/samba_tool.user_edit.
Tests fail, because:
- can not work with ldif without a trailing new line
- can not handle base64 strings
