The remaining compat code (get_string, get_bytes,
cmp) are useful helper routines which we should
simply merge into common (especially since there
is some duplication here).

TestCase.assertEquals() is an alias for TestCase.assertEqual() and
has been deprecated since Python 2.7.
When we run our tests with in python developer mode (`PYTHONDEVMODE=1
make test`) we get 580 DeprecationWarnings about this.

Misc changes to ensure samba4.sam.python test will run under
python2/python3
* various objectSID values when formatted need to be treated
as strings for tests.
* DOMAIN_RID_USERS, DOMAIN_RID_DOMAIN_MEMBERS, DOMAIN_RID_DCS,
DOMAIN_RID_READONLY_DCS are all integers (but attibutes are
ldb.bytes in PY3, need to adust various assertEquals.
* Make sure password is encoded correctly

According to [MS-SAMR] 3.1.5.7 Delete Pattern we should not allow deletion
of security objects with RID < 1000. This patch will prevent deletion of
well-known accounts and groups.

"UF_LOCKOUT" and "UF_PASSWORD_EXPIRED" are never stored but rather are
used for special semantics.
"UF_LOCKOUT" performs an account lockout and "UF_PASSWORD_EXPIRED"
forces password expiration.

The service principal names need to be case-insensitively unique, otherwise we
end up in a LDB ERR_ATTRIBUTE_OR_VALUE_EXISTS error.
This issue has been discovered on the technical mailing list (thread:
cannot rename windows xp machine in samba4) when trying to rename a AD
client workstation.
This is a very essential attribute since it references to various domain
master roles (PDC emulator, schema...) depending on which entry it has
been set. Incautious modifications can cause severe problems.
