Douglas Bagnall	536a84935c	ndr_orpc: properly allocate empty DUALSTRINGARRAY ... When there is no data we still need to allocate for the terminating NULL. Found by Michael Hanselmann using Honggfuzz and an fuzzer for Samba's NDR layer.
