DCERPC_PKT_ORPHANED pdus.

- the generic dcerpc header has a size of 16 bytes.
- alloc_hint, context_id and opnum are 8 bytes together.
- dcerpc_object is 0 or 16 bytes.
That means stub_and_verifier is always aligned to 8 bytes

Older Samba versions (<= 4.1) had a bug in the dcerpc_bind_nak
idl, see commit f73ef3028c.
Note: ndr_pull_dcerpc_bind_nak() was generated by pidl and
has been extended by the (_available == 0) check.
That's why we ignore the 80 char per line limit.

This IDL code:
typedef [nodiscriminant] union {
[default] dcerpc_empty empty;
[case(LIBNDR_FLAG_OBJECT_PRESENT)] GUID object;
} dcerpc_object;
Compiles into the following default-before-case marshalling code:
switch (level) {
default: {
NDR_CHECK(ndr_push_dcerpc_empty(ndr, NDR_SCALARS, &r->empty));
break; }
case LIBNDR_FLAG_OBJECT_PRESENT: {
NDR_CHECK(ndr_push_GUID(ndr, NDR_SCALARS, &r->object));
break; }

The default entry before case does not change the flow of execution but
is more logical when present at the end of the switch statement.
