46968fc60f smbldap: Introduce "smbldap_get_ldap"
This is a pretty big boiler-plate change. I've renamed the struct member
temporarily to find all accessors. Not sure where this leads in the end, but
the goal is to make struct smbldap_struct private to smbldap.c

2022ec8770 winbind: Add a GetNssInfo parent/child call
This call will be done in the idmap child. It is not 100% the right place,
but there is no better one available to me. It will become a replacement
for the "winbind nss info" parameter: This global parameter is good
for just one domain. It might be possible to have idmap backend AD for
different domains, and the NSS info like primary gid, homedir and shell
might be done with different policies per domain. As we already have a
domain-specific idmap configuration, doing the NSS info configuration
there also is the closest way to do it.

The alternative, if we did not want to put this call into the idmap child
would be to establish an equivalent engine like the whole "idmap config
*" just for the nss info. But as I believe this is closely related,
I'll just keep it in the idmap child.

This also extends the wbint_userinfo structure with pretty much all user
related fields. The idea is that the GetNssInfo call can do whatever it
wants with it.

d6d8893d56 s3:popt_common: simplify popt_common_credentials handling
This offers a global 'struct user_auth_info *cmdline_auth_info',
similar to the 'cmdline_credentials' we have in
source4/lib/cmdline/popt_common.c.

And we create that in the POPT_CALLBACK_REASON_PRE stage

That means much less boring work for the callers

3e42b69d5e smbd: look only at handle readability for COPYCHUNK dest
This commits sets the stage for a change of behavior
in a later commit.

When checking FILE_READ_DATA on the COPYCHUNK dest handle,
only check the handle readability and not the extra right
that may have been added due to the FILE_EXECUTE right.

The check for FILE_READ_DATA always seemed strange for the
dest handle, which is not read. It turns out that in Windows,
this check is not done at the SMB layer, but at a lower layer
that processes the IOCTL request - the IOCTL code has bits
that specify what type of access check needs to be done.

Therefore, this lower layer is unaware of the SMB layer's
practice of granting READ access based on the FILE_EXECUTE
right, and it only checks the handle's readability.

This subtle difference has observable behavior - the
COPYCHUNK source handle can have FILE_EXECUTE right instead
of FILE_READ_DATA, but the dest handle cannot.

b4f9ac6a24 s3: libsmb: Widen the internal client smb1.pid to 32-bits as is used on the wire and in libcli/smb/smb1*.c
Note: This has *NO* effect on the lock context code, as on the
wire for all SMB1 locking requests, the pid used as the lock
context is already truncated down to 16-bits - the field is only
16-bits wide.

This allows the cli_XXX() calls to correctly set pidlow AND pidhigh
in SMB1 requests put on the wire by the libcli/smb/smb1*.c code.

Note that currently the smbd server doesn't correctly return
pidhigh yet - a fix (and tests) for that will follow.

As pidhigh is not checked in any client code (mid is used
to differentiate different requests) this has no effect
other than a correctness fix.

f59ef038ed smbstatus: rework connection dialect printing
In a later change I want to print the signing cipher which depends upon
the connection dialect. So let's store the connection dialect in the
sessionid struct and move the code that maps dialect integers to strings
to smbstatus.

d4c2395e64 smbd: do not disable "store dos attributes" on-the-fly
Smbd would disable "store dos attributes" on-the-fly if the
attempt to set/get user.DOSATTRIB fails with ENOTSUP or ENOSYS.
The rationale behind it was that the file system does not support
extended attributes, so there's no need to fill up the log with
failure messages.

However, a "wide symlink" could point to a spot that doesn't support
extended attributes. Even with the default banned wide links, we
currenly allow stat'ing those files and follow the symlink, and this
in turn would disable "store dos attributes" for the whole share.
The user.DOSATTRIB attribute also stores file creation time,
so that is also affected.

Another case where this behavior would turn storage of DOS attributes
off is that of the ".." entry at the root of the share, if the parent
folder for the share's root path does not support extended attributes.

On the other hand, the information on the file system and its support
of extended attributes is readily available, so the fix for explosion
of the log should be not to configure "store dos attributes" on
such a share.

bf1957584e s3:smbd: file_struct: seperate POSIX directory rename cap from POSIX open
We need more fine grained control over which POSIX semantics we'd like
to enable per file handle. Currently POSIX_FLAGS_OPEN is a kitchensink
for all kinds of stuff like:

- POSIX unlink
- POSIX byte-range locks
- POSIX rename
- delayed writetime update
- more...

For CIFS UNIX extensions we use POSIX_FLAGS_ALL so semantics are
preserved. OS X clients will enable POSIX rename via AAPL.

de4304d22b smb2:ioctl: support for OS X AAPL copyfile style copy_chunk
Apple's special copy_chunk ioctl that requests a copy of the whole file
along with all attached metadata.

These copy_chunk requests have a chunk count of 0 that we translate to a
copy_chunk_send VFS call overloading the parameters src_off = dest_off =
num = 0.

read/write aren't overloaded in the streams VFS modules, using
pread/pwrite instead this makes it possible to use transfer_file() with

f73bcf4934 s3: libsmbclient: Add server-side copy support
Introduce a new operation, splice, which copies data from one SMBCFILE
to another. Implement this operation using FSCTL_SRV_COPYCHUNK_WRITE for
SMB2+ protocols and using read+write for older protocols. Since the
operation may be long running, it takes a callback which gets called
periodically to indicate progress to the application and given an
opportunity to stop it.
