6b989ca4fd Added first cut of the new packaging scripts for Digital Unix. 
Note: This will be extended for all other OS's so that it can be
maintained by the samba release scripts.

0129c460fc Fixed spec file entry that was causing the CDRom installer to generate 
a message claiming that package installation had failed when it really
did work. The error was caused by the killall command being used where
there is no /proc for it to work on.

c8f34dac39 Adding first cut of the new Red Hat Linux packaging tools. 
Note: It is intended to extend this so that the release
process produces all the packaging scripts, templates, etc.
