Andrew Bartlett	15c1801a5c	r25051: Move SWAT back to the old-style form-submit modal. ... The Web 2.0, async client tools were really interesting, but without developer backing they remain impossible to support into a release. The most interesting app was the LDB browser, and I intend to replace this with phpLdapAdmin, preconfigured for Apache during provision. This also removes the need to 'compile' SWAT on SVN checkouts. ('configure.developer' or 'configure --enable-developer') may still have problems as I'm not sure I got all of the paths right for that. Jelmer Vernooij	e47f76e96d	r14332: Built in different paths when running locally (from ./bin/) in developer ... mode (./configure.developer). This will change the hardcoded value of a few paths (BINDIR, SWATDIR, EJSDIR, SETUPDIR, DATADIR, MODULESDIR). The regular locations will be used when running 'make install'.
