Add three subtests:
- trigger a sharing violation, ack break, create fails with STATUS_SHARING_VIOLATION
- trigger a sharing violation, close conflicting open, create succeeds
- write with valid parent lease key.

Checks server accepts "RWH", "RH" and "R" lease request and grants at most
(lease_request & "RH"), so no "W", but "R" without "H" if requested.

Creates and opens two files with leases, then tries
rename-with-overwrite on file_src -> file_dst.
Ensures we get a lease break on file_dst before
getting the access denied response.
Passes against Windows, fails against Samba.

This demonstrates the bug that happens with a
write to a file handle holding an R lease,
while there are other openers without any lease.
When one of the other openers writes to the file,
the R lease of the only lease holder isn't broken to NONE.

The allocation size might not be zero. This depends on the file system
behavior and also on the size of the extended attributes stored on the
file. E.g. If a large user.DOSATTRIB xattr is stored on XFS/ext4 then 8
blocks are used and we will round up to several megabytes.

This test passes against Windows 2016 but currently fails against Samba
for some reason. The test does the following:
1. A stat open on a file, then
2. a second open with a RWH-lease request
Windows grants a RWH-lease in step 2, while Samba only grants a
R-lease. Go figure...

Depends on new share "dynamic_share" being set up containing an %R
in the path= statement.
Shows we will break leases and fail to grant new ones
if we get a lease_key+client guid pair match on files
with different fileid's, as can happen on dynamic shares.
