We must always do SMB3+POSIX operations on fsp's opened with a posix create context.

To me this is more descriptive than "fsp->base_fsp != NULL". If this
turns out to be a performance problem, I would go and make this a
static inline in smbd/proto.h.

Make it explicit. When we add POSIX handles to SMB2 we will only
look at the handle type. lp_posix_cifsu_locktype() already does this,
but hidden inside init_strict_lock_struct() makes it hard to see.
No logic change.

Since this was written, our write path has changed significantly. In
particular we have gained very flexible support for async I/O, with the
linux io_uring in the pipeline. Caching stuff in main memory and then
doing a blocking pwrite nowadays does not belong into the core smbd
code. If someone wants it back, it should be doable in a VFS module.

By adding a SMB2 specific CHECK_READ_SMB2 macro called that always
grants read access if execute was granted, we can get rid of the flags2
hack.
All callers in the SMB2 code are converted to use the CHECK_READ_SMB2
macro.
Amongs other things, this later allows moving the handle checks in
copychunk_check_handles() down into the VFS layer where we don't have
access to the smbreq.
