907cdb5de7 s4-modules Remove lp_ctx from init functions that no longer need it 
Now that we don't allow the smb.conf to change the modules dir, many
functions that simply load modules or initialise a subsytem that may
load modules no longer need an lp_ctx.

3892112e7b lib/util Rename ms_fnmatch() to ms_fnmatch_protocol() to avoid dup symbol 
This verison of the function takes a protcol as argument to determine
matching rules.

2742ec0e34 Remove strlower_m() and strupper_m() from source4 and common code. 
This function is problematic because a string may expand in size when
changed into upper or lower case.  This will then push characters off
the end of the string in the s3 implementation, or panic in the former
s4 implementation.

6b266b85cf s4-loadparm: 2nd half of lp_ to lpcfg_ conversion 
this converts all callers that use the Samba4 loadparm lp_ calling
convention to use the lpcfg_ prefix.

ff36c52d8c Remove another use of global_loadparm. 
Eventually, we should move some of these parameters into a separate
struct (perhaps into smb_transport_options?), to avoid the long lists of
parameters.

2daf2897d5 Use a custom init function for samba4 that sets a samba4 
specific debug function.
By default do not debug, this is the most appropriate action for a library
as we cannot assume what stderr is use for in the main app.
The main app is responsible to set ev_debug_stderr if they so desire.

4e83011f72 Remove more event_context_init() uses from function calls within deep down the code. 
Make sure we pass around the event_context where we need it instead.
All test but a few python ones fail. Jelmer promised to fix them.

6ab33938d5 r15186: Introduce ISDOT and ISDOTDOT macros for testing whether a filename is 
"." for "..". These express the intention better that strcmp or strequal
and improve searchability via cscope/ctags.

e4dbcc0d5d r12531: 'make quicktest' was taking 15 minutes on my system due to failing DNS 
lookups in load_interfaces(). The reason was my eth0 interface was
down, and it was being interpreted as a DNS name.

This patch changes load_interfaces() to happening automatically when
interfaces are first needed instead of on the startup of every samba
binary. This means that (for example) ldbadd doesn't call
load_interfaces(), which means no slow DNS lookups.

I also reduced the number of static globals in interface.c to 1, and
changed from malloc to talloc

When you want to force a reload of the interfaces list, you now call
unload_interfaces(), which means the next call that needs the
interfaces list will reload it
