[MS-FSCC] 2.1.2.4 Symbolic Link Reparse Data Buffer lists this field
as reserved, but [MS-SMB2] 2.2.2.2.1 Symbolic Link Error Response is
the exact same format with the reserved field as UnparsedPathLength.

This happened as smbd doesn't support reparse points so we couldn't test.
This was the reverse of the (tested) symlink parameters in the unix extensions
symlink command.
Rename parameters to link_target instead of oldname so this is clearer.

Add a return parameter of struct smb_create_returns *cr to
cli_ntcreate()
cli_ntcreate_recv()
cli_nttrans_create()
cli_nttrans_create_recv()
Always pass in NULL for now. This fixes the create
API to always fully return the data the server has
given back to us on the open file to the caller.
