Christian Ambach	eafb7e33bc	waf: add --with-fake-kaserver option ... This option was not added during the transition from autoconf to waf. Bring it back so that the code can be used again. Christian Ambach	89961ca297	s3:lib/afs move afs.c to common lib dir ... some of the code in afs.c is needed by wbinfo that lives in the toplevel nsswitch directory, so move the afs.c file to a new top-level lib/afs directory.
