Even if the client claims it's a DFS pathname. Matches what Windows does if it gets
a DFS pathname on a non-DFS share.

This will be used by smbtorture in order to simulate channel failures
without relying on iptables.
'smbd:FSCTL_SMBTORTURE = yes' is required in order to active this.

session->compat->vuid is set to session->global->session_wire_id after a
successful session setup, so both variables will always carry the same value. Cf
the next commit which removes vuid from user_struct.

By adding a SMB2 specific CHECK_READ_SMB2 macro called that always
grants read access if execute was granted, we can get rid of the flags2
hack.
All callers in the SMB2 code are converted to use the CHECK_READ_SMB2
macro.
Amongs other things, this later allows moving the handle checks in
copychunk_check_handles() down into the VFS layer where we don't have
access to the smbreq.

Makes SMB2Create call re-entrant internally.
Now this infrastructure is in place, oplocks will follow shortly.
Tested with Win7 client and with W2K8R2.

Rename functions to be internally consistent. Next step is
to cope queueing single (non-compounded) SMB2 requests to
put some code inside the stubs.

Add a back pointer from the faked up smb_request struct
to the smb2 request.
Getting ready to add restart code for blocking locks,
share mode violations and oplocks in SMB2.
