At least a Samba DC can send an info3 struct with base.groups.count==0. We
should not fail with that and just return 0 groups.

For example for samba client joined to a windows AD DC the following
commands fail if 'winbind use default domain = yes'
getent passwd user@domain.com
ssh -o user=user@domain.com localhost
The same commands succeed if the setting above has the default 'no' value

When asking a child domain process to list trusts on that domain,
return (along with trust domain names and SID) the trust properties -
flags, type, and attributes.
Use those attributes to initialize domain object.

Add a routine that adds a winbindd domain object based on
domain trust cache entry. add_trusted_domain() becomes
a wrapper for this new routine.

secrets.tdb if the secrets.tdb file was either never written or was deleted.

The AD users/groups of the local domain of an AD DC
only exist via winbindd and not in /etc/passwd or /etc/group.
This also matches the behaviour of the source4/winbind code.

When a new trusted domain is added in the LSA server, we need to immediately
have the domain within winbindd. This notification is done via a
MSG_WINBIND_NEW_TRUSTED_DOMAIN message.
In future we might want just a "rescan direct trusts" message,
but that requires a lot of redesign within winbindd.

This allows the AD DC to be picked up correctly and gives the correct DNS name.
To ensure no confusion, we also always init it with the full DNS name.
It also means that, aside from the BUILTIN domain the initialized
flag is set only in one place, which will help when we add more details
to the domain structure in the future.
This in turn allows kerberos authentication against winbindd on the AD DC.

Ensure it only gets called when a new domain is allocated
and added to the list.
This should fix problems with the previous logic where
setup_domain_child() was called in places where an existing
domain was returned.

We don't resolve our own "Domain Local" groups since bug #7843 has been
fixed. So we need to add the add resource groups to the sid list too.
Before bug #7843 the "Domain Local" groups were added with a
lookupuseraliases call, but this isn't done anymore for our domain
so we need to resolve resource groups here.
