Andrew Bartlett	e121c14405	provision: Suggest "minimal-responses yes;" by default ... This improves Samba AD DC performance as a DNS server dramatically, because NS records do not need to be looked up and there is less risk the response will have to fall back to TCP, doubling the cost again. We changed to ${DNSNAME} (the fully qualified domain name) a while back, and while it's usually functionally idential to the previous setting, this breaks down if there is more than one DNS server.
