edf3b61465 s3:util: use pread/pwrite in transfer_file 
read/write aren't overloaded in the streams VFS modules, using
pread/pwrite instead this makes it possible to use transfer_file() with
named streams.

6aa12fcb30 build: Remove SMB_OFF_T, replace with off_t 
Now that we always require a 64 bit off_t, we no longer need SMB_OFF_T.

ba2a255282 Move transfer_file and transfer_file_internal to a module of their own. 
Also, don't auto-generate prototypes of the (two) exported functions
but make a start in having handwritten prototypes in dedicated header
files (not in includes.h ... :-)
