If we execute this code from python we don't have a talloc stackframe
around and segfault with talloc_tos().
To fix the crash we use the NULL context as we take care for freeing the
memory as soon as possible.

All traffic goes through smbXcli_base.c, and that is prepared to deal
with short writes via the conn->outgoing queue. Instead of making sure
that all callers properly set the socket nonblocking, do it here, so
that we can later optimize sending out data to the server.

Add new for_selftest option to SAMBA_BINARY() and SAMBA3_BINARY()
This allows us to be much more consistent (at least in the core Samba)
and documents clearly why the binary should not be installed.

- msg_sink
- msg_source

As these are not tested in selftest so any change would also be
untested. Of course they probably should be added in a different
MR.
Also not modified (because they are not tests, nor part of the
build system) are:
- smb2mount
- notifydd
- log2pacp
- debug2html
- smbfilter
- destroy_netlogon_creds_cli
- spotlight2*
- tevent_glib_tracker
These do however appear to be untested.
For now, the source4 forked client tools are left unchanged:
- smbclient4
- nmblookup4
Finally, the heimdal binaries are left as install=False as
they are either part of the build system or end-user tools
that we just don't want to install. These are however tested.
The motivation is commit like c34ec003b7
and da87fa998a, which are both totally
correct but are not needed if the selftest is not run on MacOS.
There are likely other platforms or build environments where building
our test binaries is more pain than valuable, see for example also

We should only sign if we're asked for it. The signing keys are
always generated, so we were always using global signing key
and signed with it when signing was not asked for.
By luck this was the correct signing key for the 1st channel.
But multi channel connections where broken is the server nor the client
require/desire signing. It seems the tests only ever run against
Windows domain controllers, which always require signing.
Note that the following code in smb2cli_req_create() makes
sure that we always sign session binds:

pointer and always be present.
We used the local pointer variable 'signing_key = NULL' and logic like
this:
if (state->smb2.should_sign) {
signing_key = state->session->smb2_channel.signing_key;
}
if (signing_key != NULL ...
In order to keep this we need to nake sure
state->session->smb2_channel.signing_key is never NULL!

Certain Netapp versions are sending SMB2_ENCRYPTION_CAPABILITIES
structures containing DataLength field that includes the padding
[0]. Microsoft has since clarified that only values smaller than
the size are considered invalid [1].
While parsing the NegotiateContext it is ensured that DataLength
does not exceed the message bounds. Also, the value is not
actually used anywhere outside the validation. Thus values
greater than the actual data size are safe to use. This patch
makes Samba fail only on values that are too small for the (fixed
size) payload.

There's a few ways to initialize a DATA_BLOB to NULL. There's the
variable data_blob_null, there's ZERO_STRUCTP, and the explicit
initializer. And there's the data_blob() macro which calls into
data_blob_talloc_named. You have to look at that routine to see that
this is nothing more than a ZERO_STRUCT() and not calling into
talloc. Choose the more direct way.

Currently if the client and server can't negotiate an SMB protocol, you
just get the followiing error on the client-side, which doesn't tell you
much.

This likely runs into a timeout. Properly cancel the smb2 request,
allowing the higher-level caller to re-issue this request on an existing
handle.
I did not see a proper way to achieve this with tevent_req_set_endtime or
something like that.

This allows source4/torture code to set the option for tests by
preparing a struct smbcli_options with max_credits set to some value and
pass that to a torture_smb2_connection_ext().
This will be used in subsequent smbtorture test for SMB2 creditting.
Behaviour of existing upper layers is unchanged, they simply pass the
wanted max credits value to smbXcli_negprot_send() instead of
retrofitting it with a call to smb2cli_conn_set_max_credits().

When a the higher level does a TALLOC_FREE() on an already
queued request, we need to check whether we already sent a byte,
if not we can try to unwind the smb1 signing sequence number,
if there was only one pending request, in all other cases
we need to disconnect the connection.
I noticed that when seeing during an smb1cli_close()
from tstream_smbXcli_np_destructor().
TODO: we may want to have a similar smbXcli_conn_cancel_read_req() in future.

The offline VFS functions predate the SMB_VFS_{GET|SET}_DOS_ATTRIBUTES()
functions, now that we have these, we can use them for the offline
attribute as well.
The primary reason for this is: performance. Merging both functions has
the benefit that in VFS modules that use same backing store bits for
both offline attribute and DOS attributes (like gpfs), we avoid calling
the backing store twice in dos_mode() and file_set_dosmode().
This commit modifies all existing users of the offline attribute to
adapt to the change, the next commit will then remove the obsolete
offline functions.

Negprot remote arch detection is very cryptic. Rework it so it's easier
to understand, and therefore more extensible, following the protocol table

Add a define for the CIFS UNIX extensions encryption type. We store this
in smbXsrv_channel and use it in smbstatus for showing the
CIFS/SMB2/SMB3 encryption cipher used.
The SMB3 encryption cipher constants start at 1, carefully choosing the
highest available bit for the CIFS UNIX extensions encryption cipher
should avoid collisions and leaves room for many SMB3 ciphers in the
future.

The special error is not NT_STATUS_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL, but STATUS_BUFFER_OVERFLOW.
Tested using TSTREAM_SMBXCLI_NP_MAX_BUF_SIZE == 20 and running

Callgrind showed that we use 28,165,720,719 cpu cycles to send
a 100MB file to a client using aes-ccm.
With aes-gcm this is raises up to 723,094,413,831 cpu cycles.

Introduce a new operation, splice, which copies data from one SMBCFILE
to another. Implement this operation using FSCTL_SRV_COPYCHUNK_WRITE for
SMB2+ protocols and using read+write for older protocols. Since the
operation may be long running, it takes a callback which gets called
periodically to indicate progress to the application and given an
opportunity to stop it.

We need to make sure smb2cli_req_get_sent_iov() returns what was sent
over the wire. This is required in order to correctly perform
the preauth calculation for SMB >= 3.1.
We keep separate variables for the cancel information we got
from a STATUS_PENDING response.

We haven't added the req to the pending array yet, as SMB1 requests can
be one-way (no reply needed). So if we error out after the writev, but
before we add to the pending array we must rember to terminate our current
tevent req with a tevent_req_nterror call.
