b7ecbca3af added a wrapper for fork() 
in a fork we have to close all server connections otherwise we can end
up with two processes writing to the same socket.

cfc06af0b7 drat. We can't include sys/fcntl.h because that gives 
conflicts. Instead use "01101" for O_CREAT|O_WRONLY|O_TRUNC.
