Andrew Tridgell	8e9dce34d5	a cleanup of the receive_smb() usage, adding timeouts in some places ... also added paranoid code in the main process() loop of smbd to detect when smbd is looping uselessly. This should stop the "smbd is chewing lots of cpu" reports	-
Andrew Tridgell	b551dc98f7	got rid of a lot of redundent header files as we now globally generate ... prototypes automatically using "make proto". This is much less prone to error than the old method of manually adding prototypes	-
