Change from torture_suite_add_1smb_test() to torture_suite_add_2smb_test().
Not yet used. We will need this to do SMB1+POSIX search calls on
a connection on which we have negotiated SMB1+POSIX.

The filename "test.txt" is also used by other tests and without O_PATH the file
can't be removed at the end of this tests: open_smb_fname_fsp() fails with
ACCESS_DENIED because the POSIX mode of the file is 0000 and become_root() used
in the #ifndef O_PATH fallback case doesn't work in CI.

lib/util/safe_string.h is similar to source3/include/safe_string.h, but
the former has fewer checks. It is missing bcopy, strcasecmp, and
strncasecmp.
Add the missing elements to lib/util/safe_string.h remove the other
safe_string.h which is in the source3-specific path. To accomodate
existing uses of str(n?)casecmp, add #undef lines to source files where
they are used.

raw.samba3rootdirfid tests with the share root directory as root_dir_fid handle,
that doesn't cover the case where the relative name has more then one path
component. It only works because in unix_convert() we run into the creating file
optimasation.

Yes, this was already valid C99 but the compiler on Ubuntu 14.04 simply
sucks. This doesn't happen with this gcc version on other Linux systems.

All the other subtests in samba3.raw.acls.create_file|dir pass with
nfs4acl_xattr, it's just the subtest that tries to set the owner which
fails with everything else then acl_xattr.

Not currently used - no logic changes inside.
This will make it possible to pass down a long-lived talloc
context from the loading function for modules to use instead
of having them internally all use talloc_autofree_context()
which is a hidden global.
Updated all known module interface numbers, and added a
WHATSNEW.
