Rather than have safe_string.h #include string_wrappers.h, make users of
string_wrappers.h include it explicitly.
includes.h now no longer includes string_wrappers.h transitively. Still
allow includes.h to #include safe_string.h for now so that as many
modules as possible get the safety checks in it.

In order to detect an value overflow error during
the string to integer conversion with strtoul/strtoull,
the errno variable must be set to zero before the execution and
checked after the conversion is performed. This is achieved by
using the wrapper function strtoul_err and strtoull_err.

Currently it displays if a domain is online or offline which is wrong.
It tells us if we maintain an active connection to the domain or not.
Users are confused if they read offline because the think winbind is not
functional with that domain.

Prepare wbinfo for additional trust types and trust routing.
This also modifies the output line for a "None" trust type by skipping
the transitivity and direction -- that just doesn't make sense without a

By default wbinfo -u|-g should only enumerate the domain winbindd is
joined to. The command can be harmfull if you have e.g. 30 domains and
700k users. Then the parent will collect all information and the
oom-killer will kill winbind. As we still want to support it, you can
enable it the old behaviour with wbinfo --domain='*' -u. This is
a measure that sysadmins don't shoot themself.

Use wbcPingDc2 to get the DC name and print it.
Cleanup error messages: Remove "Could not ping our DC", there is always
a more specific message. Avoid printing "failed to call wbcPingDc" in
case the ping has been attempted and it returns an error, the error is
already printed.

This function is problematic because a string may expand in size when
changed into upper or lower case. This will then push characters off
the end of the string in the s3 implementation, or panic in the former
s4 implementation.
