acf9d61421 r4088: Get medieval on our ass about malloc.... :-). Take control of all our allocation 
functions so we can funnel through some well known functions. Should help greatly with
malloc checking.
HEAD patch to follow.

d3b9384308 Fix for #480. Change the interface for init_unistr2 to not take a length 
but a flags field. We were assuming that 2*strlen(mb_string) == length of ucs2-le string.
This is not the case. Count it after conversion.

39d7983a47 - enable MSDFS by default, there seems no reason not to have it enabled 
by default in Samba 3.x

- got rid of some unused parameters in Makefile.in

- declare DEBUGLEVEL in debug.h rather than in each file

19fea3242c the next stage in the NTSTATUS/WERROR change. smbd and nmbd now compile, but the client code still needs some work

da3053048c Merge of new 2.2 code into HEAD (Gerald I hate you :-) :-). Allows new SAMR 
RPC code to merge with new passdb code.
Currently rpcclient doesn't compile. I'm working on it...

ef2de912f2 Separated dfs pipe into implementation and interface modules. 
rpc_parse/parse_dfs.c: Had to add buffer overrun checking ! HOW DID THIS GET IN HERE !
rpc_parse/parse_prs.c: Ensure prs_alloc_mem does a memset of zero before returning.
